To guarantee customer satisfaction, we offer free returns or money-back on products that for some reasons did not meet our customer's expectations. 

This is an additional service fee that you can select upon checkout for the item(s) you would like to cover in the event that it did not meet your expectation. 

Upon approval, you can create a return request right from your customer account.

All approved returns are eligible up to 30 days to be covered.
